Good Housekeeping Gives Honda LaneWatch VIP Nod

Do any of you out there in the Gardena area or beyond in theTorrance or Los Angeles areas read Good Housekeeping? DCH Gardena Honda is definitely a fan of the lifestyle publication, as it's long been ahead of its time. Advocating for pure food in the early 1900s and against cigarette advertising in the '50s, the magazine is a favorite of many people across our great nation. Recently, we were thrilled to learn that a new Honda technology was highlighted by its annual list of Very Impressive Product (VIP) awards.

The Honda LaneWatch technology with blind spot display that will soon be available in several new Honda vehicles here at 15541 South Western Ave. Gardena, CA 90249 stood out among the crowd to take home the prize. The technology recently made its debut in the 2013 Honda Accord, and is also on offer in the 2013 Honda Crosstour.

The Good Housekeeping Research Institute thoroughly researched the technology, and logged many hours at trade shows and reading press releases about other new automotive industries advances, along with testing those that impressed them over 12 months to insure they live up to the brand's claims.

Of course, we certainly weren't surprised to hear about the award, as we've been impressed by the advance for quite some time, and love how it helps eliminate a driver's passenger-side blind spot.
