Two Honda models win big at Best Value Awards

We'll admit, we're a bit biased when it comes to the models on our lineup here at DCH Gardena Honda. Then again, we're biased for good reason. Because when it comes to one of the biggest investment you'll ever make in life, who wouldn't want to get the most bang for their buck?

Just recently, the gang over at Kiplinger's Personal Finance announced the winners of their annual Best Value Awards. It was a celebration of the model-year vehicles that came in as the best of the best of their segment and price bracket in respect to everything from price and performance to safety and comfort.

When all was said and done, two different Honda models drove off with wins. First up, there was the 2014 Honda Accord that was deemed the "Best in Class" in the "Cars $25,000-$30,000" category. Not to be outdone, the 2014 Honda Odyssey earned top honors in the "Minivan" category.

Needless to say, the engineers at Honda must be doing something right.

"The Accord and Odyssey each hold benchmark status in their classes for fuel-efficiency, fun-to-drive character, safety rating, and tangible value," says Michael Accavitti, senior vice president of Automobile Operations at American Honda. "We are proud to once again be recognized for offering true value to our customers."1

With that said, feel free to experience the award-winning value of these beauties for yourself with a test drive at our dealership here in Gardena, CA. After all, they don't give these awards to just any old cars.
