Inspired by over 20 years of innovative progress, the first U.S. plug-in hydrogen fuel cell EV is now available at select dealerships in California. The CR-V e:FCEV combines a state-of-the-art fuel cell module and battery plug-in charging, enabling emission-free city driving and the flexibility of rapid hydrogen refueling for longer adventures.

The Honda Sensing® Suite
Honda Sensing® is a suite of safety and assistance features designed to make driving easier and help protect you and your passengers. When activated, these features use sensor inputs to automatically provide alerts, and can also provide steering and braking assistance as needed.
Collision Mitigation Braking System™
The Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™)* can alert and assist you when there’s a risk of collision with a detected vehicle or pedestrian in front of you. The system can automatically apply brake pressure when it determines that a collision is unavoidable.
Road Departure Mitigation System
The Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM)* is designed to help you stay on the road. If you cross over detected lane lines without signaling, RDM can provide necessary steering assistance to help you return to your lane or keep you from leaving the roadway entirely.
Adaptive Cruise Control
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)* is an intelligent cruising system that adapts to the speed of vehicles detected ahead so you don’t have to. When a detected vehicle in front of you is traveling slower than your set speed, ACC slows your Honda automatically and then maintains a set following interval.
Lane Keeping Assist System
The Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS)* helps make highway driving easier when you’re cruising on the open road. While your hands are on the wheel, the system can help keep your vehicle centered in a detected lane by making subtle steering adjustments.
Traffic Sign Recognition
Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR)* can help you keep track of road information, such as the current speed limit. As you drive past traffic signs, the system can display information from recognized signs on the digital instrument cluster.

* Honda Hydrogen Fuel Cell Card
Included with every 2025 Honda CR-V e:FCEV lease is a card issued by Honda Federal Credit Union with up to $15,000 toward the purchase of Hydrogen Fuel limited for use at Hydrogen Stations for fuel only. Card and value on card are nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are good to the original lessee only for the three-year term of the lease or $15,000, whichever comes first. Temporary card is issued at first to the owner, available for immediate use, with a customized card sent to the customer within 10 days of vehicle lease approval by Honda Financial Services. Customer will have access to a phone and web interface available for questions once the card is issued.
